90 day trial?? Already have account! Why? RRS feed

  • I already have a account from back in September 2006. And I am up to payments and everything but for some reason it is doing the 90 Day Trial. I just moved from XP to Vista and i had to reinstall One Care. Can somebody please tell me how to get back to the previous account that I am STILL paying for and yet not using it because of this 90 Day Trial...

  • Hello Brenda, open One Care, press the 'Activate" or "Subscribe" button, when prompted for a Live ID enter the Live ID associated with your One Care subscription. One Care should recognize the Live ID is associated with a valid subscription and activate.
