Fix It error code 0x803C010A RRS feed

    Hi,

     

    Whitin the Fix It center I treid to run several tools and get the error that the tool can't be loaded because of error

    0x803C010A

    What does this error mean and how can I Fix That?

    Dear Customer,

    We're looking at the issue. The error code stands for "A required resource cannot be loaded".

    Does the error happen when you launch Fix It Center, or after clicking "Run" button on the Fix It Center client?

    Also, would you mind providing the following information?

    • What's the operating system installed on your machine? Is it 32-bits or 64-bits?
    • What's the display language for your operating system? Is it in English or other language?

    Thanks for the reply,

     

    It's Windows 7 64bit, Dutch.

    Launching  Fix It center isn't a problem, serveral parts run well, some parts produce the error:

     

    Improve Performance, Safety etc

    IE Freezes

    Playing burning CD, DVD

    Video freezes or crashes in IE

    Windows Photo and Slideshow

    Daylight saving

    Diagnose Windows Firewall

    Diagnose security

     

    The rest is working fine.
