Ever since I switched to a new desktop that runs Windows 8 my Outlook 2010 is constantly freezing and disconnecting. I have tried all the help solutions...downloaded Microsoft's Diagnostic application...says it's all good when it's not. Now when
I run Microsoft Troubleshooting programs with compatibility it finally says that there's a paid upgrade that I can download. What's Up? Why do I have to pay to have them fix the program? Some can you please help me?
