Hi,
The Timer in the CASE form is not showing correct time (remaining hrs) for SLA to breach, it is showing weird numbers ( 205d 1h 31m 22s ), and in Chrome it is showing NaNh NaNm NaN.
Please ensure you've configured the timer correctly.
