Hello MeredithD,
I'm kinda confused about what you are asking for.
Your Dell Inspiron 1520 computer has a genuine OEM SLP installation of Windows XP Home Edition on it, and it has a genuine OEM installation of Office XP Small Business Edition installed. It also has a genuine installation of Office Home and Student 2007.

You should contact Dell to see if they still have restore media for your computer as this is an OEM installation.Wednesday, February 2, 2011 2:05 AM -

Hello MeredithD,
I don't know if you already resolved your issue. My suggestion is try the Dell Factory Image Restore first, accessing from boot menu pressing <F8>. It only works if hard drive is not mechanically damaged and never partitioned. Otherwise, request "Install and Recovery Media" from Dell.
