Restore my old user

Hello Sir! I Have deleted my old user (I'm using XP home edition). I had problem with showing my icons that I couldn't solve, so I made a new user and I deleted the old one! The problem is that on the new user my e-mail (Outlook) is empty and all the staff that I had inside had been deleted! Can I do something to restore my old user, specifically to restore my e-mail information... because I had information about my work which I need... What can I do? Please help me!

You can start by posting in a relevant forum or newsgroup. This one is devoted to C++ Language, in case you missed the title.
