    i am very angry from prometric candidate care i was have my exam in 31-10-2013 @ 17:30 and waited to 23:30 because the pcs center have problem i said no problem and i will come back tomorrow to take my exam @ 1-11-2013 @14:00 and waited from 14:00 to 20:00 notice 2 hours to back to my home + 6 hours and yet now not take the exam is this prometric candidate care exactly i bored from prometric

    I have seen more complaints about Prometric test centers in this forum but unfortunately we cannot help with this in the Training and Certification forum. Please contact Prometric if you have issues with a test center.

    Schedule the exam at another location if possible. If you only have one choice, schedule it out a month in advance. Hopefully, they will have fixed the problem by then. As Danny suggested, you should call Prometric with the detailed information of your testing experience and they should help you reschedule the exam for free.
