  • Hi,

    I'm using CRM 2011, by default it will show all solution folder like Workplace, Sales, Marketing, etc. How to limit this view for certain group in AD ?

  • You can control by removing the security setting and privilege. For each group of AD user, you can assign them with same security role and control in one short.

    Yes, I've already limit the security roles, but the solution folder still appear, it only say insufficient permission, I think that's not a good user friendly so if there's any way to remove the solution folder that I don't need to use it will be great :)

  • Modify your sitemap xml file, look for the Area Id="Marketing" etc...

    You can hide the section

  • I couldn't find the xml file, can you tell me the path ?

    If I modify single xml file, wouldn't it will change the entire Org ? Can I modify for each team member only ?
