  Dears,

  I have 15 PolyCom CX600 Lync phones, shipped to me with Lync firmware version 4.0.7577.4372, and they are working fine with Microsoft Lync 2013. we faced an urgent case to downgrade the phone to version  (4.0.7577.4100 ). I searched the internet and microsoft site a lot but I couldn’t find this version, as all the links forward me always to the latest version.

  so please, could you please provide me with download link for this version 4.0.7577.4100?

  Also, is there a guide to downgrade CX 600 from version 4.0.7577.4372 to version 4.0.7577.4100.
