Hi,

I was wondering if there are any out of the box functionalities to syncronise Dynamics CRM with Project server.

There is nothing out of the box in either MS CRM or Project Server but it can be achieved using custom code and both products have extensive API fully documented to achieve this. I'm also heard of partners that have built such integration.
