UDMA mode problems

i have a WDAV3200JB and it is running acording to windows in Multiword DMA mode 2.
Acording to me it can run in UDMA mode 4 66mb/s i have checked the cable it is 80 wire and the HDD and MotherBoard both support UDMA mode 4 so what utility can change the UDMA mode of Western Digital Drives?
