Reminder in MS CRM 2011

  i need to set a reminder for multiple users in outlook when an appointment activity is created in ms crm 2011. (which means two persons are going to attend meeting eg: salesperson and sales manager).

  i created appointment activity with salesperson user and shared the activity with sales manager. so only for the salesperson i am getting reminder in outlook, not for sales manager.

  how to get reminder in outlook for both user when creating an activity?
