I got a message from Microsoft telling me to call as my computer network was hacked and I could loose my banking and credit card info. Is this real? If so what do I need to do?

Hi ronaldsands, Do not get panic.
I think either you have got a message due to some malware or virus attacks or its a fake. I think you should contact Microsoft through E-mail. Read and act:- https://blogs.microsoft.com/microsoftsecure/2014/09/18/how-to-report-the-microsoft-phone-scam/
