CRM Server URL is getting truncated

  My organization url is iike http://server02.dev.xrmlab.int/orgname/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc.

  But under settings->developer resources, URL is displayed as http://server02/orgname/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc.

  Even plugin registration tool truncates the URL and throws error saying reference cannot be resolved.

  Please advice.
