Issue with Conditional Formatting

Question
-
Hi Techies,
I am creating an Excel Template and I am facing problem with Conditional Formating. I am NOT using Macro, and don't want to.
Problem Statement: The cell reference is getting changed to the different cell. If you look at the above image, the conditional format formula written in C10 is linked to C11 as C11 contains the target values. I have pasted the conditional formating on to I10, J10 so on and so forth, and I have changed the cell reference as well. But when I save and close it, the cell reference is changed from I10, to C10, and formulas are in Absolute Reference. Please help me how do I keep these formulas intact and absolute.
Basically I want to limit the Conditional format existing in C10 to C11.- Edited by kulkarni.amith Sunday, December 18, 2011 2:45 PM conclusion
