Photo Backup error - Connect Survey Problem RRS feed

    On two different occasions I have received eMails asking me to test the Photo Online backup. After completeing the tasks that they request and clicking on " Click this link and complete the short Online Backup Survey" I receive the following error.

     

    (The system has encountered an unexpected error. We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue will be addressed as quickly as possible. 

     

    If this error continues, click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to report the issue and include this error ID in your e-mail: 16326339-794e-47bf-99da-c9956cbc50f9)

     

    When I click on the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page I receive the same error message with a different error ID.

     

    I am in the United States and am setup for english.

Answers

  • Delete your IE cookies and temporary Internet files. Your symptoms sound like Connect is unable to log you in and the links then fail.
