In our enviroment, most users have a Tanjay and a soft client. We have intergration to ExUM. We have removed the lockout feature on the Tanjay phones.
This has cause an issues. When logged out of the soft client, the Tanjay does the 5 minutes inactive status, then 5 minutes to away, but if anyone calls your extension once they hit voicemail or hang up the presence is reset to available. Note this is without any interaction at the phone. No one touches the Tanjay in anyway. It is simply the person who was calling hanging up the call or being forwarded to voicemail that resets the presence.
This appears to be a bug. Any fixes?
