Problem with create Meeting (Integration Outlook - Live Meeting - OCS) RRS feed

  • Hi. I have a problem.
    My architecture is one Server OCS 2007 R2.
    Microsoft Exchange Server 2007
    Client: Outlook 2007, Live Meeting 2007 and Addins.

    The problem is:
    In my Outlook, click Schedule Live Meeting button.
    Open window Conferencing Request
    I add users for invite to Live Meeting session.
    After, click "Presenters" button for promote one user to Presenters, but show message:
    "Recipients are specified which do not have a SIP account. The role can not be configured for these recipients"

    The user is in my organization, this user have permission for use communicator. Communicator working properly.

    You have idea for solved problem.

  • Hi. The problem is solved.

    The error present because in user you SIP and SMTP not is the same.

    My Email domain and SIP domain are diferent. In user properties add SMTP domain = SIP domain.
