lcd tv monitor out of range problems.

  problems:
  
  my lcd tv monitor goes blank and displays 'out of range' after I changed the resolution to 1920 x 1080. Is there any other solutions beside doing the repair setups for a multiple of times? Besides. my lcd tv takes 1920 x 1080 for pc resolution at maximum output.
  
  THe computer handles 1920 X 1080 perfectly last couple of weeks ago. It goes strange all of a sudden.
  
  
  
  I read about gui tools on the net but don't understand how it could be done. Should I download it somewhere?
