need suggestion for timestamp program RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want to change the time stamp recursively for a directory and all its files and subdirectories.  I downloaded sktimestamp (not recursive) and tried "eExpress timestamp" (works recursively, but only affects files, leaving directories unchanged)

Is there any microsoft tool that can set the timestamp recursively for all files and subdirectores?   I assume I need to set the timestamps to be the same because synctoy wants to overwrite the files which I know to be identical.  AFAICT the only difference is that the timestamps on the subdirectories are not identical because eExpress only set the timestamps for the files.  Deleting the "BIN" and "DAT" files did not solve this problem.
