Error when accessing My Learning

Question
-
Hi,
Each time I try to access "My learning" (http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/default.aspx) page, I have the following message :
"An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later."
Another point is that response time of the whole site is very long. What happens ?
Regards,

Hi Kris-
Can you try clearning your cache and cookies and see if you receive the same error messages?
If you do, can you please provide the exact repro steps in which this occurs so that we can investigae this further?
It would also be great to have the reported time that this is occurring.
Thanks!
Alicia

Hi
I get this error message. I've tried on 2 different PCs and with IE and Firefox. Always the same error.Tuesday, November 11, 2008 7:50 AM -
This was at 07:45 GMT today and the step was simply to access the URL 'learning.microsoft.com' to end up at http://learning.microsoft.com/Error.aspxTuesday, November 11, 2008 7:52 AM

Also from here ...
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/rampup/bb421265.aspx & click on the 'Sign Up Now - Visual C# 2005' buttonTuesday, November 11, 2008 8:08 AM -
On one PC I got one step further to here...
http://learning.microsoft.com/manager/LearningPlanV2.aspx?resourceId=%7Be700759c-2f18-43df-8013-ed39eff0aae4%7D&clang=en-US&program=RampUp
Then, clicking on the 'Add to My Learning' button generates the same error message displayed below the button.

Your support is embarrassing...
No answer, no comment, nothing.
You should be ashamed.Thursday, January 8, 2009 11:18 AM -

Hi Dan-
Sorry for the slight delay in reply to this thread. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies to see if you receive the error again? Can you please contact me at learnmgr@microsoft.com to address this issue further?
Thanks-

I'm MSFT too and I'm having the same problem, on multiple computers, both inside and outside MSFT.
The site runs very slowly, I get the "Please wait while your request is being processed. If your Web page does not display within one minute ..." message when I click "Add to My Learning."
I've cleared cache and cookies and still get the same problem.Sunday, January 11, 2009 7:58 PM -
Doing this at 12:03-12:10PST today:
I go here:
http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/Catalog.aspx?clang=en-US&dtype=Catalog&Sort=Relevancy&page=1&search=sharepoint
Click on Collection 6306 which goes to this link:
https://www.microsoftelearning.com/eLearning/offerDetail.aspx?offerPriceId=222673
then click the Add to My learning button
goes here:
http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/AddToMyLearning.aspx?resourceId=CD266FD1-8266-4BF1-8F67-C78ACDBB0A6C
which forwards here:
http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/default.aspx
I expect to see it added to My Learning Plans, and I don't see anything in My Learning Plans.Sunday, January 11, 2009 8:12 PM -
Issue with Transcripts:
I go here: http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/Default.aspx?view=transcripts
I see that I've Completed 6 courses. Date completed is blank.
I select one of the courses (Course 5398) and it goes here:
https://www.microsoftelearning.com/eLearning/courseDetail.aspx?courseId=75402&tab=details
Which shows course is 100% complete.
Why isn't the date completed showing on My Transcript?Sunday, January 11, 2009 8:17 PM -
