Some possible options:
1. Money 2000 should install and run just fine on Windows 10. Can you still read the installation CD? What happens when you try to install it? What is the exact error message?
2. You can have a look at the second "sticky" thread in this forum:

which has links to installation files for some international versions of Money. I'm not sure if any of those will read an Italian Money file.
3. You can do a qif export of your data and import it to a newer version of Money. Here's a thread that describes how to do this:
