    I purchased a survelliance system from KCUSA COMPUTERS CORP. The system comes with windows 7 starter. The order number is 1577 dated 04/24/2011. KCUSA is supposed to supply me with a genuine Windows 7 Starter but did not. I get a reading on the screen that this is not a genuine windows 7 starter. I called KCUSA and was told to call microsoft ror the activation key. Iwas told that I have to purchase a key. KCUSA IS SELLING CONTERFEIT WINDOWS 7 STATER SYSTEM IN THEIR COMPUTER. Can you investigate them and charge them for this violation.     Before making accusations, let’s have a look at the evidence....
    To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
    Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
    To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
