Hello everyone,
Please suggest me is there any book or PDF file about CRM SDK Documentation?
I now that in MSDN there are some, but in separate branches. But I need a book or file where is written all about SDK.

Hello,
You should check CRM SDK. It contains chm file that contains all the information you need.

Hello,
I'm not 100% sure what do you mean with "hard for understanding". When I started to work with Dynamics CRM 4.0 back to 2008 CRM SDK was the only resource I used to master development for a platform. Youtube was not very popular that time and not a lot of other resources were available. So believe me SDK - should be enough to master development for this platform.
If you're looking for other resources you can check pluralsight and packtpub.
Also a lot of different videos available on the youtube.
