WinXP Home SP2. I've got 85 updates that need to be installed but I get this error msg each time from the website. The Automatic Updates are also failing, obviously. AV/firewall: Norton 360. Same result when Norton is turned off. Evidently there are no KB articles with this error msg??? Please advise.
