IFD users wont authenticate RRS feed

  • Question

I am doing a crm IFD deployment and used the ifd deployment tool to configure this.

I noticed when i boot up the server CRMAsyncservice process goes to using 650 meg of memory and 99 procesor time for a while and then drops to 55 meg / low processor time. The service is marked as started in event log..

I am getting the credentials page but... trying to log in with my admin user doesnt work

Anything else I could try ?

  • Dan, what else is loaded on the machine?

And is network service starting the CRMAsync Service?  That's a local login.

  • There is SQL and IIS loaded on the machine..

Yes the network service is starting the service.

Is the service properly installed with a default dynamics installation? Or do I have to do a IFD installation?

I did a normal installation and ran the ifd tool.

I dont see the service in windows services, just as a process ran by network service...
