System Clock Keeps Jumping Back 26 Minutes

  The system clock (in the lower right corner of my screen) just started jumping backwards 26 minutes.  It's always 26 minutes late.  When I change it to the correct time, it changes back immediately.  When I play with the time zones, it doesn't fix it.  When I sync to a time server, it just jumps back to 26 minutes late again.  I am not connected to any type of DHCP server.  This is my home/business PC.  It is a new computer (less than a month old) so I doubt the internal battery is going bad.  What else could be causing this?
