How to deal with multi-currency in price lists? RRS feed

  • Question

  • 1. my base currency is Pakistan Rupee
    2. product1's currency is USD $
    3. product2's currency is GBP
    4. product3's currency is Euro
    5. product4, product5, product6 currency is Pakistan Rupee

Now I've a Price List : PL1 which currency "Pakistan Rupee"...This price list is supposed to have all Product1,Product2,Product3,Product4,Product5,Product6 with all values to be a % markup of its current cost. When i try to add USD,  GBP, and Euro based products in a rupee-based price list and product prices are set to % markup of current cost, it get following error:

The price list currency must match the product currency when the pricing method is a percentage. select a different product or price list and try again.

How can I achieve such a scenario where i can add all these products with prices to be % markup of current cost?

  • I had this problem with a client. In the end they got a developer in to develop a plugin to handle it.
