My client cannot email or - NO ERROR GIVEN


  • I am trying to send emails from to and accounts. The email is not given to the customer and no error is given back. The email simply do not appear in the user's inbox, not in spam folders neither.

    If I send an email from my account and then reply it from the account the email reply gets into email inbox, so the problem is not in configuration but is somehow being banned.

    I don't find any place in microsoft websites to check or ask for removal of this domain (IP?) from the blacklist. My server uses IPv6 to send. I do have diferent domain names in the server that use the same IP and all of them have similar SPF registers in DNS.

    Can anybody help me? I ran out of options.
