Product Key not working

Question
-
I just purchased Microsoft Outlook 2007 and tried installing it. I have typed the Product Key EXACTLY how it is inside the box at least 10 times and a message keeps popping up telling me the product key is invalid. I can not even begin to tell you how frustrating this is. First, after buying a new Dell Computer complete with Microsoft Office on it, only to find out that Office does not include Outlook... and now going and purchasing Outlook separately for $110 only to have the installation process fail because the key you supplied inside the package is not being recognized. Help Me Please!!!!

Hello dlhuss,
Please refer to the link below and run the MGA Diagnostics tool, this will provide us with some more background information regarding the issues you are having so we may resolve your issue in a timely manner:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
You will be prompted to either “Run” or “Save” the tool. Choose to “Run” the tool and follow the on-screen prompts. You will receive an “Internet Explorer-Security Warning” dialog box for the “Windows Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool”; you must choose to “Run” this tool when prompted.
Once you are presented with the Diagnostics tool choose “Continue” to run the diagnostic report. If the “RESOLVE” button is available after running the diagnostics, please click “RESOLVE” to allow the diagnostic tool to attempt a repair.
1. After running the MGA Diagnostic tool, click on the “Windows” tab and then click on “Copy”.
2. Please return to this post and “Paste” the results here for additional review.
Also, can you please provide us with the following information:
1. Which version of Microsoft Office are you running on your Dell, also is this a trial version?
2. Which version of Microsoft Outlook did you purchase such as 2003, 2007 etc?
Once we have these additional details it will provide us with more insight to the issues you are having and we can make sure your issues get handled in a timely fashion.
