Synchronization has stopped or partially synced due to OutDated syncinfo

  My Sync is reporting this error :

   

  Start Time: 9/13/2011 10:25:00 AM
  Total Changes Uploaded: 701
  Total Changes Downloaded: 0
  Complete Time: 9/13/2011 10:41:50 AM
  
  Sync Completed...
  
  Synchronization has stopped or partially synced due to OutDated syncinfo
  This error occurs if one of the databases has been restored from backup
  Please do a 'PostRestoreFix' in order to correct the error.

   

  
  Even after i've done a PostRestoreFix i'm still getting the error. The error startet comming one day at 00:05 with no reason what so ever, since that day the error comes almost at every (partial) sync.
  
  I've tried reprovisioning, and have done PostRestoreFix on Server and Client, with no apparent effect :(
