  I've published some apps on the Microsoft App Store, but I can't find where it tells me exactly what Active Users or Acquisitions means. Also, I'm not sure where to look to see if any apps have sold yet.

  Clicking on Support on the Microsoft Dev Center website, I found a link to these forums. But I couldn't find a forum devoted to the Microsoft Dev Center.

  Is there a forum for asking about the Microsoft Dev Center?
