I have both Firefox Mozilla and Internet Explorer browsers. I want to keep both. Since installing OneCare, I am not able to use Internet Explorer. I click on the E icon, and it will not load.
I just downloaded Internet Explorer and re-installed it, but this did not help.
Hello Egggman, try launching Internet Explorer in no add-ons mode. If it launches ok in no add-ons mode you have an incompatible add-on installed. You might also look at the One Care firewall settings and verify Internet Explorer is allowed internet access - open One care>Change Settings>Firewall>Advanced Settings>Programs.
