CRM 2013 - System Administrator Role but no Privileges RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I have run into a very strange issue lately. When I add users using "Add Multiple Users" option with System Administrator role, users are able to access CRM, but they do not have any privilege on any of the entities.

    But users who were added individually into CRM are able to access properly, and they have got all the privileges. Wondering if its only in my case!!! Has anyone faced this issue before? I am using CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 Update Rollup 1.

  • Hi,

    you need to change the system user access type to professional (on the user form). If you set it to admin, then you do not see any data.
