Hi, I configured the email router to send and receive emails for users. Receiving is done by POP3. The problem is when a user receives an email as a reply from a contact, it's directly tracked to the contact (which is good) but it doesn't appear in Outlook. When the user receive an ordinary email (not a reply), it arrives to Outlook. How can i make the reply emails arrive to Outlook and be tracked in CRM. Any idea? Thanks in advance
