Configure email router RRS feed

  • Hi,
    I configured the email router to send and receive emails for users. Receiving is done by POP3.
    The problem is when a user receives an email as a reply from a contact, it's directly tracked to the contact (which is good) but it doesn't appear in Outlook.
    When the user receive an ordinary email (not a reply), it arrives to Outlook.
    How can i make the reply emails arrive to Outlook and be tracked in CRM.
    Any idea?

  • is your users,under users in CRM administration selected as:
    Emaill AccessType -Incoming   Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook?

    also check your System Settings in Admiinstration

  • Take a look at this and see if it helps.  There is an associated Screen Cast.  I am sure it is something in your configuration settings and this should point you in the right direction.  If not, please go through the E-mail Router guide very carefully for the configuration you need.
