can anyone help me identify a MS-owned IP address? RRS feed

    I have been getting a very large amount of traffic (a sustained 5MBit bandwidth) from a single IP address.  The whois entry for this IP address points to Microsoft, and upon digging I can find DNS entries that would suggest it is in the MS Azure cloud assigned ranges.

    Can anyone help me identify the following address so I can determine whether this (now blocked) traffic is legitimate or otherwise?

    IP: 65.52.154.118

    DNS Entries I found: 

    * respond-adserver.cloudapp.net 
    * s.gb.respondhq.com
