  • Question

  • I just re-stalled my Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3 now it will not activated Windows. It gives me Error Message 32777-Unable to establish a connection with Activation Server. I do have internet connection which  i can get on the internet with no problems. I have many of these HP business dc7100 computers and this one is giving problems.

What causes this to happen if this is a fresh instal?

  • Hi

To fix the error 32777 only you should correct the date of your windows.

    its works after that

  • To work around this problem, verify that the system clock is using the correct time and date.

If you cannot log on, start your computer in Safe Mode (without networking), and then correct the system clock.

Please start a NEW thread of your own, and post the requested data...

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool

(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )

     Once saved, run the tool.

Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.

To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.x

      - in your own thread, please

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
