Studying for Programming in C# (Exam 70-483) RRS feed

  • Question

  • The book for 70-483 is not available until July 2013. Unfortunately I need to get certified and take the test before then. Has anyone done this particular test and studied for it?   Are there any references you can recommend?

So far I've been using MSDN pages and random examples from various web pages on the net to study, but this it's not a very structured study plan and I'm not sure I can handle multi-threading questions, or some of the other items.

  • Yeah, I looked at his blog.

It seems he recommends the" Pro C# 5.0 and the .NET 4.5 Framework" book, so I have that on order.  He has helpful links the MSDN pages for the specific topics listed in the Mircorsoft course overview. I guess I'll combine both of those and study.  I have the basics of C#, but I have never had a use for things like multi-threading and some of the LINQ topics.
