That's interesting - where do you see this? In other clients or on the Live Desktop? What machine types are you running?
I'd suggest collecting your logs and submitting a bug as per the instructions on this page: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en/LiveMesh/thread/d52b350a-f3e0-41c6-8e78-d6378e566b9e
Once submitted, post the ID back here for tracking purposes - and let us know how it gets resolved!

I agree with the bug filing. Have you rebooted the PC or PCs that are showing the status as offline? Often that resolves this issue.

ok, it seems to do it pretty randomly. Im running XP SP3 on a dell latitude D610 but i am on a college network that just upgraded to fiberoptic and it is wrecking havoc with just about everything :)Sunday, March 29, 2009 2:00 PM

It sounds as if the college network may be blocking traffic - perhaps intermittently, while they configure things.
