  when i start internet explorer it instantly goes into downloads and pops up html files i cant get into the setting on iexplorer cant uninstall and cant do anything else

  avg also pops up to download cmp.avg.com constantly

  firefox works perfectly fine i cant install ccleaner because it downloads the html file and then loads t in firefox seperate of the installer this has been going on for quite some time now and have been unable to find a solution to this
