My shared BLINK video always starts at the first captured frame RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I upload a BLINK video, it always starts at the first captured frame, instead of where I specify. For example, in BLINK, I specify the video frames to be, say, #7-10, but the uploaded video will be frames #1-4. I am using an HTC 8X.

  • Hi - sorry about the issue you are facing. The uploaded blinks should be just the frames you have chosen, so in your case 7-10. In some cases it is hard to see which ones are the uploaded ones if the scene is stationary. Have you tried taking more blinks to see if you are always facing this issue or if it is a one off? Do you see the same behavior on the phone as well as on the website (playing same set of frames)? Do you have the latest update of BLINK v2.1?
