running Microsoft fix it center RRS feed

    When trying to run fix it center I get   cvtres.exe application error.  Instruction at 0x7c91168b referenced memory at 0x00000004 the memory could not be read.  What can I do to remedy this?

    Hi,

    Could you precise your Windows version, service pack and language used ? It could help a lot.

    Ex : Windows 7 32bits, Service pack 1, english language
