Invalid Action Error - Notes Attachments RRS feed

  • During a business day, the ability to open notes attachments suddenly stopped working.

    I was able to check event viewer and se ethat there seened to be an issue with Expired Keys.

    I ran a trace on the db and found the guid relevant and checked in the db and sure enough was set as disabled.


    Performed a google research and all blogs such as the above have said check Async Services (both ok - and tried restarting) as well as running the KeyRenewal tool through command prompt.

    None of these have made any difference, im tempted to either manually change the flag in db or reset app server to a prior known good configuration. However if anyone has come across this and has any other options then please let me know so I can try first.
