I keep getting this message when I try to connect to VPN:
Error 800: Unable to connect to this VPN
I checked everything and the only way I can connect is to turn off my firewall, is there anything else I can do?
Try to check if the VPN option in onecare firewall settings are enabled. Go to change settings in onecare main screen. Check the advanced settings of firewall In ports and protocols verify if Virtual Private Network box have a check. Enable VPN, try connecting again...
