    I would like to publish my web project to my local IIS server using VS 2012 Express.

    I right click on the Solution Explorer on the project and click on Publish.

    There are many parameter I need enter and deploy type I need to choose.

    Publish Method

    Service URL

    Site/Application

    User Name

    Password

    Destination URL

    I think that I can use File System, FTP. and Web Deploy method.

    I do not have Service URL.

    Site/Applcation I can enter my http://localhost/mysite I think

    Destination URL is same as Site Application?

    Hi sourises,

    Welcome to the MSDN forum.

    VB express edition doesn’t contain the Web project, so your topic about web project is out of scope here. Microsoft provides a special website to deal with the ASP.Net issue. I will suggest you to post your thread to the forums there to find a solution: http://forums.asp.net/.
