Search by title problem RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Have freshly installed Zentity (environment: SQL 2008 R2, Win 2008 R2) and trying various searches as per Search Guide using Resource Manager. (have added a few resources manually)

Any search on Title returns no result, while searches on some properties works fine.

For instance: Book with Title: 'Book 345' and BookTitle: Book123 is found on search booktitle: book123 but not found on search Title:'Book 345' .  Logged error caused by latter search is given below

    Thank you

  • Figured it out :)

DB is installed on SQL 2008 R2. After installation & creation of full text catalogs "Tracking changes" were set to "None" for Core.Content & Core.Resources tables.

Changing this option to "Automatic" solves the problem.

    Hope it makes sense
