HELP - Intermittent Windows 7 64bit Freezes

  For the past couple of months, my computer has frozen. Sometimes when it boots - sometimes on Firefox - sometimes when waking up, etc. etc. Doesn't seem to have any reason. It used to give me a BSOD but now it just locks up. The computer is a stock HP m8330f with the exception of an nVidia GeForce 9600 GX video card upgrade and an upgrade from Windows Vista 32bit to Windows 7 64bit. I've tested the RAM and hard drive. Both passed. I re-formatted the hard drive and did a clean installed of Windows 7 64bit but it still locks up. I've gone on the internet and everybody seems to have a different answer but I'm definitely not alone with this problem. Does anyone have a solution?
