Why not create a separate forum for Account Verification ?

  What's the value?

  Just that it doesn't seem to be a Forum Issue? Well, it is for that OP. 

  Sometimes the thread fills up and is hard to load. 

  Any other value? I can mention it to their team, but this is more of a suggestion than a bug.

  I don't see any other value as well other than ones you have mentioned and yes, it's a suggestion.
