  • Question

  • I purchased a Maxtor 320 GB external hard drive, but when I try to use One Care, it asks for H: and I have it plugged in to K: with a usb cord. Any ideas?

  • Did your previously backup to a different external drive? If so, you will need to modify your backup plan and point to the new drive, which has been assigned the drive letter K:

  • I am using Microsoft Live One Care and it is the first time using a back-up system. I selected drive K:, but when I click on back-up, it says cannot find device in drive H:.
