Export to excel in report viewer is randomnly throwing an error " System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array".

  Hi ,

  I am using ReportViewer control in VS2008.  Repot is generating fine.  But sometimes when i export to excel it gives an error "System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array".  But i am not facing the error while exporting to PDF.  Also one thing is , this error is not coming always. 

  Please anyone can help me to solve this?
